Why should I pay a fee to sell my Tenanted Property or Portfolio rather than using an Agent who charges the Buyer a fee?
- Because that is the best way to maximise your outcome. If a Buyer pays a fee then they will seek to discount their offer for the property in question by at least the amount of the fee they are paying, meaning that the Vendor is no better off. Also this approach can lead to a conflict of interest where the Agent is working for the person buying the property rather than the seller.
- We will only act for one of the parties in any transaction. If we act for a Seller than we are not being paid a fee by a Buyer.
